Frosh5In case you can’t read my scrawl this was yesterday’s workout.

5 Rounds:

10 Pushups
15 VSnaps
20 Squats
15 Full Situps
10 Military Pushups

Bonus round after all 5 are done:

10 Burpees
10 Pushup Burpees
10 Pushup Tuck Jump Burpees
